Business Development Executive (IT Services)

About the Job

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our IT Services division at Lucenta Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating leads, writing compelling proposals, and closing deals for web and mobile application development services.

If you have 1-3 years of experience in IT sales, international client acquisition, and a deep understanding of diverse lead generation channels and cold outreach strategies, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality leads for Web Development, Mobile App Development, and custom software solutions targeting international markets (US, UK, AUS, etc.).
• Generate high-quality leads through diverse online portals, social channels like LinkedIn, and strategic cold outreach campaigns.
• Write highly persuasive, tailored project proposals and gather client requirements accurately.
• Conduct initial client calls to understand their business needs and present our technical solutions.
• Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines to close high-value deals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report on daily/weekly sales metrics.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
