Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound tele-calling to prospective leads and clients for our new product.
- Handle inbound inquiries and manage responses efficiently via WhatsApp Business and Email.
- Understand customer requirements and explain product features and benefits clearly.
- Maintain a detailed log of calls, responses, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Resolve customer queries quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve overall outreach strategies.
